Hugues Lecat graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen (Rouen Business School) and has an MBA from France's INSEAD Business School. After a rich, diverse career working in Medtronic, Rhône-Poulenc Rorer, Sanofi-Aventis and Cooper - a pharmaceutical company specialising in OTC products, where he was Managing Director - Hugues Lecat took charge of Ethypharm in 2010.

Pascal Oury is a Doctor of Pharmacy and completed a postgraduate degree in Drug Pharmacokinetics and Metabolism. He took charge of Ethypharm's Quality Control department in 1983. He was given control of Production in 1985, and then of Pharmaceutical Development in 1991. In 2005, he was appointed Head Pharmacist, and in 2007, Executive Vice President / Scientific & Pharmaceutical Affairs.

Régis Roussel is a Doctor of Pharmacy and has a Master's in Management from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises Business School. He began his career as a Production Manager and then became the Head of the Manufacturing Organisation at MSD Chibret. Thereafter, he joined CEVA Santé Animale as Factory Manager. He joined the Pierre Fabre Group as Factory Manager in 2005. Four years later, he decided to rise up to the challenges offered by Ethypharm.

Jean-Jacques Bancel graduated from the ESSEC Business School and began his career at Mars & Company before joining HSBC, then the ASF (Southern Motorways of France) Group, where he was IPO Project Manager before becoming Financial Director. He joined Bonna Sabla in 2006 as the Financial Director, and then joined Ethypharm in 2009.

Bruno Delie is a Doctor of Pharmacy and has a Master and an Executive MBA from the HEC Business School (2002). After commencing his career in Germany, he subsequently held various strategic positions in Europe with Parke Davis, Laboratoires Roquette and the Prographarm Group. In 2000 he joined Ethypharm as Business Development Director Europe, became Vice President Sales & Marketing in 2004, and then became Executive Vice President Business Development of the Group in 2011.

Roseline Joannesse has a degree from the Sciences Po university of political sciences in Paris and specialises in industrial property, patent and brand law (CEIPI - Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies, Université de Strasbourg). She began working at Ethypharm in 1986. After a brief, three-year interlude at Eli Lilly & Company in Brussels as an International Lawyer, she returned to her position as Vice President Legal Affairs of Ethypharm in 2006.

Daniela Kopczuk has a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from the Université de Paris X. She began her career at the Ecole Polytechnique as Human Resources Manager from 1996 to 1999, and then joined the Ethypharm Group. First, she was a labour lawyer, and then she was Head of Labour Affairs. In 2005, Daniela Kopczuk was appointed Vice President Human Resources.

Cécile Paillous is a Doctor of Pharmacy and has a Master’s degree in Quality Management from ESCP (1992). She began her career as a Quality Controller for the Cosmetic company ROC (1991) and as a Consultant for the company Socotec Qualite. She joined Ethypharm in 1995 and held different positions inside the Quality Department before being appointed Head of the Corporate Quality Systems Department in 2006 and then Vice President Corporate Quality in 2011.
